Services

Quotes, scope, timing and recurring schedules are confirmed before work begins. Property, vehicle, vessel or aircraft conditions may require a revised scope or price, which will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Access

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the areas included in the agreed service. Please disclose fragile surfaces, known defects, alarms, restricted areas and other conditions that may affect the work.

Aircraft and vessel work

Aviation and boat detailing is performed only with appropriate owner or operator authorization and is scoped around access, approved surfaces and site requirements. Malhi Property Care does not perform mechanical maintenance or repair as part of detailing services.

Scheduling

Weather, site conditions, access and safety may require rescheduling. Cancellation and recurring-service terms will be provided with the applicable quote or service agreement.
